Shipping policy
UK Orders
All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days. Tracked shipping is included on every order, free of charge.
International Orders
We ship to Europe, the US, Australia, and selected international destinations. International orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7-14 Business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-16 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing you tracking number. Use this to monitor you delivery in real time.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Audax. we recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@audaxclothing.uk and we will investigate immediately. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
